Bar Tables & Bar Stools – Another Version Of Dining Tables!

Dining needs today have more casual than ever before, and in order to meet these needs, More and more furniture companies are introducing a concept called bar tables, also known as bistro tables or counter-height dining tables. Bar tables combine the sit-down formality of a dining table with the casual aura of a breakfast bar. Featuring tops that range from 36 to 42 inches high (as opposed to the usual 30), bar tables are designed to be used with either counter stools or bar stools, respectively, making them ideal alternatives to island dining in a family room or kitchen. These bar tables are not only ideal for a casual dining scenario as you can sit or stand and still be on the same conversation level while dine. It even allows the people who are seated to converse with the cook without having to look up. Nearly every furniture major manufacturer today has introduced bar tables in their furniture catalogue, making it o be one of the hottest new categories. The designs range from contemporary to traditional, with some models offering surprising flexibility. Bar tables are also an ideal way to fill up & spice up that horrible corner of the room that is always filled with regular home decor stuff. Their ideal height & width makes them just perfect to keep & maintain at least one set in the living room. Bar dining tables are an answer to the people living in small apartments who are generally conscious of the utilization of the space in their home. Shopping for bar tables & bar stools can be a thoughtful process. Before deciding on the type of bar tables & matching bar stools, the need & the purpose which they are going to serve should be considered first. It’s unlikely pub tables will replace conventional dining tables anytime soon. And you wouldn’t want to put one in a formal dining room. But in the meantime, they offer a nice alternative at a cheaper price as compared to the formal dining room set.

Below the Castle Gate – this is rather a long poem?

I wrote his poem after visiting Chirk Castle near my home; that was once own by the Middletons are quotation marks needed here, and does it work as a poem

Below the Castle Gate

Below was wild rushing about; above a world full of love poured out, but here on earth I find myself acquainted with a stray cat. Behind me now perhaps, are the iron bars that once held me fast. I was not one for swearing an oath eager and waiting. The door ajar let in light, all inside was aglow. My heart was entirely aflame: Adventuring inside saw silver serving plates long tables opulently spread with dainties; with white table clothes yet noble and without fuss.

Looking across was a woman all dressed in white oh well she said and left the room through the door at the other end of the room. It was an old fashion dining room; grand and spectacular with a very high ceiling, one of many rooms in this magnificent castle.

A short time passed then she returned, said sorry, I was not ignoring you. Then smiled, it’s just that we are very busy today, can I pour you a cup of tea.

Yes, please do. This place well, how should one describe it. Like a dream but it was not surreal. It was eternal, that which you had as a child before being corrupted by the knowledge of death and the question of where did we come from.

Beyond any possibility or likely hood of holding back my tongue, I asked, is this your home? To this she smiled again politely, or for want of a more fitting word adoringly.

An elderly man was wheeled in backwards, sitting in his wheel chair by two relatives or friends or carers. He was wearing his slippers. Good morning major, smiled the woman in white. Good morning Elizabeth returned the other jollily, knowing her voice before being turned to face her.

A little boy barged in followed by two little girls he brandished a wooden sword before the major, Look what mummy has bought me grand papa. All three children were dressed in Victorian costumes. They had become once again fashionable. All looked like characters out of Dickens novels. Both girls had a bat each but had lost their ball, and had been weeping, their eyes were red. So their mama who followed shortly behind them gave them a skipping rope to play with.

Now altogether, she said, leave grand papa alone and take your place at the table. At once they obeyed and went to sit at the table in the middle. I want a baked potato, said the little boy. And we do, said the two girls in unison. The castle was a happy place yet it has not always been so; every room still has its haunts.

I'm not allowed to eat in the bedroom but they can eat in living room?

I’m 15 years old. I’m home schooled (Virtual school) and I spend a lot of time in my bedroom. I live with my grandparents. I’ve lived with them since the beginning of March. I’ve always been allowed to eat/drink in my bedroom until about 2 weeks ago I woke up with signs all over my room dating "NO EATING OR DRINKING IN THE BEDROOMS" I have carpet in my room but it’s not thick at all. If something got on it, it would be easy to clean up. They have let me eat in my bedroom until now. They just took that privilege away for absolutely no reason. We have a bar(or island) to eat at and a dining room table. But yet they eat every single meal or snack in the living room on food trays and they put the dog’s food on the BARE carpet for her to eat. My bedroom is closer to the bar and table than their recliners are to it. They have a big shag carpet it’s thick and stuff gets stuck to it. Walking on it feels like you’re walking through glass. I ask her why I’m not allowed to eat in there anymore and she says "cause the bedroom isn’t a place to eat" but they eat in the living room every single day. The living room is where my grandpa sleeps, eats, and watches tv. Its basically his bedroom. They don’t sleep together. Why is she being like this towards me? I have never spilled one single thing in my room. Yet they spill things all the time. I’m allowed to eat in the bedroom but I have to watch what they are watching on tv (yay.. Westerns) and they are rude to me and dont let me enjoy my food. I open a drink and have to get up and walk to the kitchen, take a sip, and walk back in my bedroom to keep doing whatever I’m doing at the time. It’s so annoying! I meant *grass* not glass. I also meant I’m allowed to eat in the LIVING room not bedroom. Don’t give me the whole "they are adults" crap. They tell me I’m old enough to take care of myself and stuff and my mom pays her for my groceries n bills n stuff and she let me this whole time until now! It’s "my" house too when I’m having to clean and vacuum the living room I’m never even in but it’s "their" house not mine when they want to be the bosses. you all are so ignorant. They are retired. I do my own laundry, my own dishes, clean my room and clean up after myself, my mom pays for my keep here, she does NOTHING for me! Just controls me. I clean up after THEIR messes. They are bitter people. I lived here before and used to stay here all the time. She’s my grandmother not a new friend. We are already used to each other. I do for myself other than my mom paying for me and as soon as I get 16 (when I can legally have a job) I will pay for myself. This isn’t the only crisis I have. I have two parents that don’t want me, brothers I never see, I’ve went to 5 different schools and I’ve lived in 7 towns and I’m only 15. My grandma has 4 closets, 6+ dressers, tons of storage containers, and a portable rack full of just HER clothes. And she’s yellin at me cause I don’t have anywhere to put my clothes so they have to be on top of dressers n stuff where "people" can see. Funny seeing as how nobody comes in my bedroom except people that would

Ideas for a sixteenth birthday?

My original idea was to have like a buffet sort of meal with lots of food but i live in a small flat with my mum with no garden and no dining table just a breakfast bar, so that wouldnt work i’m trying to keep the cost down and like I said the weather will be rubbish so any ideas? Thanks :)
